Lisa has a strong background in the intersection of public relations and emerging technology and how the two work in unison to establish brand voice and mutually beneficial business relationships. As digital brand manager for Mall of America, Lisa’s time is devoted to developing digital strategy with a focus on the integration of earned, owned and paid media. Grimm also created and implements social media strategy, serves as community manager and is responsible for content strategy on the MOA Blog. Grimm holds a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University and is an active member and volunteer of PRSA (Public Relations Society of America).
